We are unable to accept changes by phone.

Cancellation policy:

100 % of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
